Junior Social Media Associate
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Associate to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for social media, a keen eye for design, and an ability to connect with audiences, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: E£2,000.00 - E£4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design engaging and visually appealing grid layouts for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with client branding and campaign goals.
- Reels Production: Develop short-form video content (Reels) that captivates audiences, incorporating trends, music, and effective storytelling.
- Idea Generation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose fresh, creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and content themes.
- Post Scheduling: Manage the scheduling and timely posting of content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
- Engagement: Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
- Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance client campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Education: A degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Some experience with social media management, either through internships, freelance work, or personal projects.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and Tik Tok.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
