Social Media Supervisor - Savoy Sharm Group

Savoy Sharm Group is a leading hospitality company in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. We are currently seeking a Social Media Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all social media accounts for Savoy Sharm Group, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In
- Create and curate engaging content, such as photos, videos, and graphics, to be shared on social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and supervise a team of social media assistants to assist with daily tasks and duties
- Monitor and manage the social media advertising budget to ensure maximum ROI
- Stay informed about industry news and competitor's social media strategies to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
