Human Resoures Department - Egypt
Missions/Main Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and attract talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and engagement.
Profile/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar recruitment role.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent English level verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the railway & construction industries is a preferred.
- Experience in ATS is a preferred.
