The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting for content and marketing roles, as well as managing relationships with external vendors. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for content writers, marketing specialists, and other creative professionals, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent.
Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including using job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies.
Job Postings: Write clear and compelling job descriptions, post job openings across relevant platforms, and manage the application process.
Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, facilitate interviews with hiring managers, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with role requirements.
Candidate Evaluation: Assess applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the agency's needs, ensuring that hires align with long-term business objectives.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the agency.
Contract Negotiation: Manage the negotiation of contracts and agreements with freelancers, vendors, and recruitment agencies.
Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition within the marketing and content sectors.
Vendor Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of external vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and provide quality talent.
Database Management: Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future roles and manage relationships with freelance content creators and marketing experts.
Qualifications:
Experience: Around 3 years of experience in recruiting content writers, marketing professionals, or creative talent within a B2B environment.
Vendor Management Experience: Proven experience managing recruitment agencies, freelancers, or vendors in a marketing or creative context.
Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, with a proven ability to attract and hire high-quality candidates for content and marketing roles.
