We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who would be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward. Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria.
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
Create job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels.
Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channel whether internally or externally.
Requirements
Proven work experience for 3+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role preferably in FMCG.
BSc in Human Resources Management, business management, or a relevant field.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
