a. Prepare and manage technical queries, addressing them with the client and consultants to ensure clarity and resolution.

Drawing Approval
a. Coordinate the approval of drawings and take responsibility for distributing approved drawings for construction to relevant site personnel.
Quality and Safety
a. Collaborate with site engineers to ensure that all work execution meets the required quality and safety standards. Resolve technical issues across all trades promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Structural / Architecture
At least 10+ years of experience in technical office
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Auto Cad / Revit and operations management software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
