Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential suppliers to source quality products and services that meet organizational needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of purchase, ensuring the best pricing and service agreements.
• Process and monitor purchase orders to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shortages.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to forecast purchasing needs and strategize effective solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about pricing, quality, and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes and quality concerns.
• Maintain meticulous records of purchasing data and supplier information.
• Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

• Based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to reach favorable agreements.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
