Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential suppliers to source quality products and services that meet organizational needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms of purchase, ensuring the best pricing and service agreements.
Process and monitor purchase orders to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shortages.
Collaborate closely with various departments to forecast purchasing needs and strategize effective solutions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about pricing, quality, and supplier performance.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes and quality concerns.
Maintain meticulous records of purchasing data and supplier information.
Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to reach favorable agreements.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
