Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage the budget preparation process and monitor budget performance.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Train, mentor, and develop accounting staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

• Based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
