Senior BIM Coordinator
Opportunity Description
Job Title: Senior Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator
Supervisor/Line Manager: BIM Team Leader/BIM Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Conducting audits and reviews of BIM models
2. Executing and reviewing BIM coordination activities
3. Reviewing the production of composite drawings
4. Standardizing and documenting BIM implementation processes
5. Participation in programming and data analytics, if applicable
6. Attending technical coordination meetings and workshops
7. Reviewing and approving technical design and shop drawings from partners
8. Utilizing ACC as the Common Data Environment (CDE) for Project Information Exchange

- Qualifications/Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical field
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in BIM technology support role, including production and coordination
- Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools such as Revit, CAD, and Revit family creation
- Strong Navisworks Manage skills for federating, coordinating, and clash detection
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as Synchro 4D or Navisworks
- Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, and Power BI is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic and English, French language skills are a plus
