(1) Job title: Scrum Master We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Agile development process, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will guide the development team, remove obstacles, and promote continuous improvement to maximize the team's productivity and success. Job responsibilities: · Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. · Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles, values, and practices. · Ensure that the development team follows Scrum guidelines and adheres to Agile best practices. · Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog. · Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and success. · Monitor and report on project progress, velocity, and team performance metrics. · Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to identify and implement process enhancements. · Promote effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders. · Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving conflicts and making decisions. Job Requirements: Must-Have: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. · 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in software development. · Knowledge of Dev Ops principles and practices. · Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile frameworks. · Excellent understanding of software development processes and practices. · Strong leadership and facilitation skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Nice-To-Have · Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications. · Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Le SS). · Experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, quality assurance) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From E£8.00 per month
