Sarmad, a leading banking company, is seeking a skilled Software Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee a team of developers and ensure the timely completion of software projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile methodologies and project management, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the software development team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Lead daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions.
• Track project progress and report on status to senior management.
• Ensure that software development best practices are being followed.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a software project manager or scrum master in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of software development best practices and quality assurance processes.
