JOBS DESCRIPTION HR Recruiter As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Responsibilities:
* Identify and implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing methods.
* Source potential candidates through various channels.
* Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.
* Generate and present recruitment-related reports to management as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree - Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, at least 1 year of experience in mass hiring. - Experience in #Medical_Insurance industry is a plus. - C1 English Level is a must. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; ability to work in a high-velocity environment. - Lead employer branding initiatives. - Detail-oriented. - Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. *Benefits: -Work Location: Maadi - From 8:30 am till 4:30 pm. - 2 Days off (Friday- Saturday) - Medical Insurance. - Social Insurance.
