Job title: Software Business Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and propose solutions. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering successful projects.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
· Conduct in-depth business analysis, identifying and validating key business requirements.
· Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
· Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
· Propose solutions to address business problems and improve processes.
· Perform research and data analysis to support business decisions.
· Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
· Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
· Study project proposals and RFPs to understand project scope and provide input to sales/presales teams.
· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management, providing insights and updates.
· Generate reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· 6 years of experience, 3 years of them in the same role.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to understand complex business processes and workflows.
· Familiarity with software development methodologies.
· Strong Knowledge of Azur Dev. Opps.
Nice-To-Have:
· Experience in IT solutions, retail, or finance domains.
· Familiarity with project management tools and data visualization/reporting tools.
· Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
· Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics.
· Knowledge of programming languages (such as .NET and C#).
