Quality Assurance Audit (GM)
- Establish quality assurance measures for audit and inspection activities in accordance with international internal audit standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure that staff within the department understand their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide regular reports evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of audit and inspection activities, ensuring alignment with international internal audit standards.
- Continuously monitor the performance of the internal audit function.
- Supervise the implementation of the annual audit plan.
- Oversee periodic reviews conducted using self-assessment methods.
- Supervise the preparation and identification of corrective action plans.
- Oversee compliance with auditing policies and procedures, ensuring adherence by staff.
- Prepare and draft quality reports for ongoing improvement in each reviewed area, facilitating discussions with the responsible manager and preparing final reports for higher management.
- Prepare final quality and performance improvement reports for the Chief Executive of Audit and Inspection, highlighting weaknesses, non-compliance with international standards, and necessary improvement areas.
- Participate in relevant committees.
- Ensure compliance with international internal audit practices and requirements set by the central bank.
- Distribute tasks and coordinate work among subordinates, providing them with technical support to ensure effective operations within the department.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources sector to recruit and train the necessary competencies for the department based on operational needs.
- Prepare and approve performance evaluation reports for staff in the sector, identifying necessary training and development areas to enhance performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any related major.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Pay: E£50,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
