Role Overview:
As a Mid-Market Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving dopay's growth by engaging with mid-market clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their payroll processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business leaders, deliver value through dopay's product, and contribute to our mission of financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Actively identify and engage with mid-market businesses, present dopay's solution, and drive sales through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and more.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Market Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products, providing regular feedback on market opportunities and customer needs.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Report progress and provide forecasts to management, ensuring the sales pipeline is up-to-date.
Product Mastery: Gain deep knowledge of dopay’s product offerings to effectively demonstrate features and tailor solutions to client needs.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the dopay sales team and other departments to deliver seamless client experiences. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, Saa S, fintech, or a related field.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and close sales.
Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
