Position Overview: The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead the charge in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise clients. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met. Your focus will be on large enterprise customers, using your expertise to craft tailored solutions and helping companies optimize their payroll systems through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive enterprise customer acquisition and expand dopay’s market presence in the enterprise segment.
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including managing contract negotiations and long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.
Work closely with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align go-to-market strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified enterprise clients through outbound and inbound strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers by understanding their business needs and providing value-added solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to senior management.
Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and custom pitches for enterprise accounts, highlighting dopay’s USPs.
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction for enterprise clients.
Keep CRM data updated with client interactions, activity, and pipeline progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise-level clients in a management capacity.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business in large, complex organizations.
Deep understanding of payroll systems, fintech, or related industries is highly desirable.
Strong consultative selling skills, with a passion for solving client problems through innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot (or similar platforms) to manage sales activity and pipelines.
A results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
