In this pivotal role, you will focus on integrating new card management systems, payment gateways, and financial partners. Your goal is to deliver scalable solutions that enhance our payments offering while addressing the unique needs and opportunities of our target markets. Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap: Own and evolve the product roadmap for integration with new card management systems and financial institutions.
Product Ownership of our issuing platforms and other network partners.
Metrics & Insights: Define and maintain relevant product metrics to drive actionable insights, optimising product iterations and enhancing user experience.
Product Development: Ensure product development meets customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, customer success, card logistics, call center, technology, product, and design teams to accelerate product delivery and innovation.
Hypothesis Testing: Contribute to creating and testing product hypotheses, iterating towards optimal solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Requirements What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on product management experience in a dynamic Fin Tech start-up or scale-up environment.
Expertise: Working knowledge in at least one of the following: open banking, real-time bank transfers, e Wallets/Mobile Money, card acquiring, or payment gateway integration.
Industry Knowledge: Ability to engage with e Commerce players, banks, Fin Techs, and partners in the industry.
Payments Lifecycle: Clear understanding of the online payments lifecycle with an intuitive grasp of what drives conversion and payment success, and the factors that can hinder transactions.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in visual communication through wireframes and strong analytical skills in interpreting customer metrics.
Team Player: Enthusiastic team player with exceptional listening skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Product Management Experience: Solid experience managing the full product management cycle, from concept development to market analysis and post-deployment optimisation.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
