Title and Summary
Human Resources, Senior People Specialist
Overview
- Accountable for People & Capability management in support of the MENA geography
- Partners with business leaders to design and implement a people strategy that advances the business and drives performance
- Works with COEs and GBSC to ensure programs, processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and managed
Responsibilities
- Supports and manages People and Capability initiatives and projects including workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement and training
- Manages timely coordination and execution of day-to-day People and Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business
- Creates reports to support People and Capability program recommendations and track costs and performance of programs
- Leads crucial People and Capability activities including new hire orientation, off boarding, maintaining employee records, and visa coordination
- Partners with employees, managers and leaders across Business Units, markets or regions to develop and deploy People and Capability best practices
- Conducts analysis of People and Capability metrics and summarizes findings and implications
Experiences
- Experience managing and ensuring timely delivery of P&C projects and programs (e.g., onboarding, year-end compensation planning, training and development).
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with employees and managers across business functions and within a market.
- Demonstrated knowledge of complex P&C policies and annual activities for own local market and region.
- Experience identifying P&C problems and sharing market intelligence with COEs and GBSC.
