As an HR Specialist at GRE Development, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in the tech and design industries.
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and manage conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with department heads to create KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Implement training programs to ensure continuous skill development.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee documentation.
- Support leadership in promoting company values, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
- Organize team-building activities and ensure a healthy, productive workplace environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role within tech or design industries.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, and international HR standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in recruitment for technical roles (developers, designers) is a plus.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
