Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist who can take ownership of our talent management processes, build a strong company culture, and support our growing team. As an HR Specialist at GRE Development, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in the tech and design industries.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and manage conflict resolution.
3. Performance Management
Collaborate with department heads to create KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
Implement training programs to ensure continuous skill development.
4. HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee documentation.
5. Culture & Growth
Support leadership in promoting company values, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
Organize team-building activities and ensure a healthy, productive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role within tech or design industries.
Knowledge of HR best practices, and international HR standards.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in recruitment for technical roles (developers, designers) is a plus.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
