We are looking to employ an HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with all internal and external HR-related matters.
In charge of the whole hiring process including; sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies.
Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics.
Maintaining records of personnel-related data (Payroll, personal information, documents, leaves etc.) in both paper and the database.
Performing orientations, onboarding and updating records with new hires.
Supporting other HR-related functions as assigned.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or any related role.
Proven experience in recruiting technical roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and business English skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in the software field is a plus.
