We are seeking an experienced and creative Exhibition and Architecture Team Leader to lead our design team in the development and execution of innovative exhibition stands and Architecture projects. The successful candidate will oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results that meet client needs and project specifications. As a team leader, you will guide, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and architects while managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the exhibition and Architecture team, ensuring the delivery of creative and functional design solutions.
● Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed plans based on client briefs and project requirements.
● Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project completion.
● Provide hands-on design expertise, including sketching, rendering, and 3D modeling.
● Review and approve designs, materials, and finishes to ensure consistency and quality.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into designs.
● Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their creative and professional growth.
● Handle any design-related challenges, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
● Proven experience (3+ years) in exhibition design, interior design, or a similar field
● Prefer previous experience in a leadership or team management role
● Proficiency in design software (e.g., Auto CAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite).
● Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
● Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and functionality
