Job Summary: The Designer - Exhibition Stands will be responsible for the conceptualization and design of high-quality exhibition stands. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver standout solutions that meet client briefs and exceed expectations.

- Design and Conceptualization: Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for exhibition stands, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications for construction and installation.
- Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate the latest innovations into designs.
- Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the feasibility and successful execution of designs.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in exhibition stand design or a related field, with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively under tight deadlines.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Experience in creating designs for large-scale exhibitions or events.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
- Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) in design presentations.
