Customer Service Team Leader | MAF Properties | Shopping Malls
ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible to supervise the Customer Service Team including efficient management of the Information Desk / booth ensuring that all customer service related activities are carried out in accordance with the prescribed policies and guidelines and to the highest level of service standards.
ROLE PROFILE
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our assets, services, amenities, store locations, mall layout, and promotional activities.
Act as a backup for Customer Service Officers, ensuring seamless customer service operations.
Ensure Customer Service Team adheres to established grooming standards and company policies.
Handling and timely resolving customer complaints/queries.
Handle daily cash procedures from Gift Card booth, ensuring proper reconciliation and depositing.
Conduct training for Customer Service Team to enhance skills and service standards.
Keep informative brochure holders well-stocked, neat, and tidy, and update mall directory monthly.
Ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties Code of Conduct, Departmental policies, and Human Capital Policies.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree holder.
English language skills.
Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in Customer Service.
Experience in in a reputed Shopping Centre, luxury Hotel industry in Egypt is an asset.
