The ISO Coordinator is responsible for the preparing & maintaining of quality documentation (such as ISO) as well as supporting process compliance in the Ball plants in Ejpovice and Pilsen.


Essential Responsible Areas:

• Coordinating/supporting functional process audit and assessments
• Supporting process compliance
• Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
• Preparing and maintaining quality documentation.

Position Requirement & competencies:
Professional & Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Certification course in TQM or QMS.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in ISO coordination & carrying out of quality audits

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong MS Office Skills
• Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and presentation)
• Analytical skills and ability to drive outcomes.
• Fluency in written and spoken Czech and English.
• Able to work independently within the parameters set by management.
• Able to organize, plan, and prioritize.
• Able to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
• Able to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations.
