As Marketing and Event coordinator - Internship in our Established Products Team, you’ll will be responsible for support and close cooperation with EP Lead and Customer Engagement Managers and also in permanent collaboration with marketing, medical, commercial team and interactions with other CZ and MCO functions.

Main responsibilities:

• Support of EP Lead in analytical ad reporting tasks
• Contribution, support and close cooperation with Customer Engagement Managers
• Marketing and Sales activity co-ordination
• Execution of operational plan
• Managing omnichannel communication
• Responsibility for concrete projects such as patient program in cooperation with CE Managers
• Support and coordination of events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, cycle meetings, One CRM
• Creating and processing contracts connected with Event
• Communication with 3rd party events agencies
• Purchase orders management
• Invoice processing after the Event
• Excellence in Sanofi hospitality rules

About you

• Education: University student final year of bachelor degree or any master degree
• Technical & Soft skills:
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Being able to work independently
  • Positive mind set, Team player
  • Analytical and result-oriented
    
• Languages: Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak language
• Availability to work 20 hours a week
