IT Change Coordinator - Network

The Group level headquarters Dr. Max BDC is expanding the structure of the IT Infrastructure Operations (IT4IT) team, so we are looking for an experienced IT Change Coordinator to join us. You will in charge of day to day change activities within our global IT infrastructure operations. What will be your responsibilities?
- In close cooperation with IT administrators and project delivery teams across multiple countries, plan, schedule, and control the movement of changes through the process, from releases to test and live environments
- Manage the preparation, execution, and review of activities related to changes in IT infrastructure operations
- Ensure that deployment implementation checklists and fallback plans are in place and adhered to
- Provide input for process and tool improvements
- Communicate process status and progress to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of Change, Release, and Deploy management processes
What do we expect from you?
- Overall relevant experience in IT operations and infrastructure, ideally combined with process or project management

A solid IT technological overview to cooperate with technical teams in the following areas:
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, protocols, and network security
- WAN, LAN, and Wi Fi network environments (Cisco technology)
- Core & Data Center networking
- Software Defined WAN networks
- VPN technologies
- Microsoft Azure cloud
- Responsibility for deploying/delivering network infrastructure and internet connectivity.

Participation in key networking projects:
- SD-WAN technology rollout across all pharmacies
- Pharmacy network standardization projects
- Multicloud strategy projects
- Azure adoption projects
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced planning skills
