Improving the use of the system with the customer relations strategy to ensure the availability of relevant and qualitative data in the central and eastern European markets.
Coordination and Realization of Predictive Marketing projects such as Sales Prediction and Churn Prediction.
Steering, Supporting and Monitoring of the markets by implementing and developing market individual Customer Churn Prevention programs.
Coordination of the Customer Churn Prevention program in the PCEE region by acting as interface between Porsche AG and PCEE markets.
Monitoring and Reporting of the Customer Excitement Committee with the focus on Porsche satisfaction strategy.
Initiation and execution of customer studies, like Brand Monitoring, to gain customers and competitor insights leading to the identification of potentials in the PCEE region.
Support After Sales in the implementation of loyalty campaigns.
Qualifications QualificationsQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration (or similar)
Preferably 2 years of professional experience in a customer relations environment
Enthusiasm for Customer excitement and absolute Customer-oriented perspective
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working characteristics
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, German is a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good skills in database management appreciated, experience with SAP is a plus
Excellent presentation skills & techniques
Positive and self-confident personality to deal with dealer management
Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
