They need someone who will be there for them, side by side and end to end. Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals. What is your role going to look like?
Together with 5 team members you will be supporting Nordics market
Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone

What will you bring?
Fluent in English and close to native in Swedish and another Scandinavian Language
Customer centric approach
Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
Organizational skills and attention to details
