Ensures communication within the plant.
Ensures proper application of problem solving methodology.
Provides ontime proper feedback to customers.
Assists Customer Care Leader and Quality Manager with daily operation of the customer topics.
Coaching of Quality Engineers.
Leading plant process topics.
Supports SQA with customer relevant topics.
Participation on workshops and important meetings with suppliers or customer.
Employee is informed about Code of Ethics, Code of Management and Being Faurecia philosophy and is respecting and following it

Professional experience 3-5 years

- IATF 16949, 8D report, FMEA, Control plan, VDA2, VDA6.3. , CSR (for VW Formel Q, D/TLD), MSA, Statistics,VDA6.5
