US Ocean Operation Admin Payables Analyst (ICC)
Responsabilities:
- Receives and processes vendor invoices.
- Onboarding of providers via Bizagi Tool
- Contract management process during the onboarding.
- Follows up for payables related invoices as outlined in the SOP
- Maintains payable invoice charges within ICC System and CW1 System
- Maintains excellent relationships with suppliers
- Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required
- May be required to perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English, mainly in written format
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Self-driven personality with independent working capacity
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written skills required, some customer service experience desirable
- Need to be able to work, communicate, and resolve problems with Vendors and Colleagues
- Experience using the Cargo Wise system is a strong preference
- 1+ years’ experience with in freight forwarding industry required
