Sr. Business Enablement Specialist

The Senior Business Enablement Analyst will drive operational excellence and support strategic objectives by leveraging strong analytical skills, communication expertise, and business acumen. As a trusted partner, the role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze data, develop effective communication materials, and streamline processes. A keen eye for detail, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of business operations will be crucial to the role's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Enablement
    • Provide proactive support to enable stakeholders in achieving account goals.
    • Drive the success of projects and initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating cross-functional efforts, meeting deadlines.
    • Contribute to the creation and adoption of standardized workflows, tools, and templates.
    • Establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and resources, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Data Analysis & Management
    • Drive performance and strategic growth by utilizing analytics tools and stakeholder insights to measure outcomes, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure data quality and accessibility through the development and maintenance of informative dashboards.
    • Convert large data sets into easily understandable information.
  • Client Deliverables and Communications
    • Coordinate the development of accurate and timely client deliverables, including presentations and reports.
    • Leverage dashboards, analytics, and CMMS tools to extract data and develop compelling reports on KPIs and other success metrics.
    • Assist in developing and delivering clear and engaging internal and external communications.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect content, insights, and success stories.
    • Verify accuracy and consistency of communication materials, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines, regulatory requirements, and corporate communication policies.
    • Maintain communication channels, such as newsletters and email aliases as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Administrative, Communications, Business Support or Chief of Staff role.
  • Intermediate or advanced English level of communication.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Adobe Suite, Google Looker Studio, or PLX skills preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication materials.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with a wide range of staff, including senior levels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data for communication insights.
  • Superior organizational skills with exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Project coordination experience and knowledge of project management methodologies are preferred.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of business operations are a plus.
