Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Billing $12M in monthly payroll across 250+ invoices/POs
- Handle confidential payroll information with discretion
- Prepare 250+ monthly invoices and support files
- Oversee JBS responsibilities related to invoice submission in Payee Central and cash applications
- Complete monthly payroll audit to ensure billing accuracy
- Handle monthly E1 and client payroll accruals
- Complete monthly reconciliation
- Prepare quarterly RSF and Kuiper allocations and submit for approval in the approval tool
- Act as a resource to internal and external stakeholders with invoice questions
- Coordinate with FP&A on PO balances and change orders
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Accounting
- Proficient in reading, writing & speaking English
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel required)
- Organizational skills – proven ability to deal with large quantities of financial data and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills
- Demonstrate consistency in values, principles, work ethic and a strong attention to detail.
