Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Execute the order processing for Datacenter deployment
-
Monitor the accuracy of demand as well as demand prioritization, and input orders into multiple systems

Track and resolve deployment feasibility check failures
-
Triage and resolve process and data issues for the internal organization or partners using bug workflow
-
Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders
-
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Required Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree or 2 years' experience in Order Management/Infrastructure Deployment/PLM/Planning/Procurement/Material Delivery Coordination/Order Management
-
1 year of experience in Operations or Customer Support
-
Oral and written communication in English
-
Degree in Information Management Systems, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
-
1 year experience in Hi-Tech industry
-
Self-driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
-
Excellent analytical skills, with advanced skills in use of spreadsheets /Excel
-
Experience working on Data Center deployments related processes
