The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success Consulting team is looking for someone to lead part of our Project Management group in North America. As an important member of the Consulting team within our Customer Success organization, you are a leader who is equally comfortable expressing the vision of success to our customers while energizing a team of experienced professionals who are helping to deliver value to our customers. The PM Manager will have direct involvement in shaping how we manage projects and interface with other consulting leaders within Autodesk and beyond. You will be local to San Jose, Costa Rica and will work in a hybrid environment along with your team. You will report to the Sr. Manager of the AMER Project Management Team.
Responsibilities
Directly manage a team of Project Managers in Costa Rica to deliver transformation projects for our customers
Lead and participate in the thought development around new and expanded processes and best practices across the Project Management team to improve team organization and performance
Proactively manage engagement schedules and staffing plans with Consulting Delivery leadership
Become a trusted business partner to customers as well as across Autodesk
Prepare, review, and manage project plans, schedules and project control tools utilizing standard PM and PSA software. Perform project plan review and evaluate risk and mitigation plans
Lead in the creation of team deliverables as well as ensure the team is producing high quality deliverables
Provide team mentoring and coaching, developing talent and fostering team enthusiasm, energy and focus towards contributing to a positive culture
Ensure that team members perform to the highest level of quality and comply with company standards and policies
Minimum Qualifications
Must have at least seven (7) years of hands-on experience in Project Management
Prior experience in all facets of managing a team
Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues
Experience working with diversified technical, sales, and project management teams
You have experience guiding teams to meet deadlines
Experience facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to teams and customers
Passionate about helping people achieve better outcomes through technology
