Position Overview
Fusion is the industry-leading cloud-based software for design and manufacturing from Autodesk. The Fusion sales team is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to enhance efficiency and implement strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will optimize sales operations tools, provide support to global sales leadership and sales representatives, and work with cross-functional business partners to drive technical projects. The Sales Operations Specialist will also assist peers in sales enablement and data analytics to identify opportunities to maximize sales productivity and revenue.
Success in this role will lead to reducing sales representative time spent on non-selling activities through enhanced tools and processes, guiding the strategic direction of the sales team through data insights, and ensuring alignment from global sales team leaders and members.
Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations for sales teams based in Denver, San José, Tokyo, Sydney, and Seoul

Administer sales tools (including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong) and monitor and encourage use by sales representatives and sales leaders

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales tools and oversee the selection and implementation of any new tools

Deliver and optimize sales pipeline and sales performance metrics, Salesforce reports and dashboards, and other tools; provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership

Assist sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and planning models

Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Minimum Qualifications

English fluency

3+ years in a technology sales environment

1+ years of sales operations experience

Experience administering a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) and sales execution tools (i.e. Outreach, Gong)
