SALES SUPERVISOR HFC & DTH
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES

  • Gestionar administrativamente el personal de ventas a su cargo (vacaciones, permisos, incapacidades, acciones de personal, etc)
  • Diseño y desarrollo de estrategias para la comercialización del servicio de DTH & HFC a través de canales directos e Indirectos (Dealers, Retail, Cooperativas e instaladoras).
  • Detección de oportunidades de ventas, ampliaciones y/o construcciones de red en zonas potenciales para el producto.
  • Seguimiento diario del proceso “End to End” de instalaciones asegurando su finalización y seguimiento post venta y retiros del servicio, detectando oportunidades y áreas de mejoras, así como el abordaje y mitigación de la erosión en nuevos clientes durante el proceso de la venta.
  • Reportar y controlar las ventas por zona DTH / HFC para asegurar el cumplimiento.
  • Asegurar una estrecha y sólida relación entre TIGO y los Dealers DTH con el claro objetivo de lograr las metas planteadas.
  • Crear y enviar la propuesta de planes piloto semanalmente al Territory Coordinator.
  • Revisar la distribución de las ventas de los vendedores, asegurando el alcance mensual de la meta
  • Supervisar que las fuerzas de ventas estén en sus zonas respectivas.
  • Elaborar en forma semanal obtener las proyecciones de venta.
  • Coordinación y vigilancia del plan piloto en coordinación con Operaciones.
  • Planificar el trabajo de campo de los ejecutivos de ventas, diseñar mapas de trabajo y proporcionarles el material promocional necesario.
  • Realizar trámites de clientes como notas de crédito, débito etc., para los clientes de sus vendedores.
  • Gestionar con los vendedores las condiciones de instalación para los clientes.
  • Verificar el control de los cargos automáticos registrados para los clientes de sus vendedores asignados, y reportarlos al departamento de cobros.
  • Velar que la fuerza de ventas realice los depósitos de todos los pagos iniciales a las cuentas de Tigo.
  • Gestionar consultar a clientes para el proceso de preventa.
  • Validar y reportar con el Territory Coordinator la agenda semanal.
  • Garantizar la capacitación de la fuerza de ventas.
