HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?
Understand clients’ issues and challenges to develop hypotheses around possible solutions that contributes designing business and function operating models, that meet the company’s objectives. Incorporate future concepts such as future work, human + machine partnership, analytics, ecosystems and Gen AI.
Support clients across their business objectives and goals, including growth ambition (enterprise operating model), cost-cutting (global business services and shared services) and zero-based approaches.
Support in the definition of the organization structure and design to execute against the business strategy and the operating model ambition.
Adopt a data-driven approach, compile data and conduct analysis to drive insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
Develop business cases, highlighting the financial implication of recommendations (growth and cost savings, and tie benefits back to the P&L)
Make implementation-oriented recommendations, using industry knowledge by identifying and analyzing market trends, financial and operating drivers.
IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or related.
+ 7 years of experience in operating model strategy with specific experience in one or more areas: enterprise operating model, functional operating model strategy, zero-based organization, global business services (GBS)/shared services, organizational design.
Consulting experience background is highly desirable.
High proficiency in English.
Bonus Points if:
You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)
