Description:
o Dissemination aimed at international tour operators.
o Contribute to the brand's online reach on social media with a dedicated IT and marketing team.
o Create short videos and images.
Requisitos del Puesto
- Full time position
- Performance based
- AWA: ecotourism destination focused on well-being, with trails, waterfalls and biodynamic agriculture with a vision of community development and promotion of rural tourism.
- Responsible for the operation of an Ecotour in La Gloria de Puriscal
- Supervise and lead employees on site.
- Oversee quality control to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
- Sales and Marketing for this operation:
o Dissemination aimed at international tour operators.
o Contribute to the brand's online reach on social media with a dedicated IT and marketing team.
o Create short videos and images.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent of a Technical Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or Hospitality from the INA or similar institutions.
- ICT tour operator license.
Experiencia Deseada
- 3 years of experience (Ideally in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 or higher)
- With your own vehicle (and driving license)
- Communication.
- Attention and service.
- Pressure management.
- Empathy.
- Customer service.
