Funciones del Puesto
o Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
o Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
o Assist with the preparation of discovery requests and responses.
o Manage attorney calendars and schedules.
o Schedule appointments and meetings.
o Coordinate travel arrangements.
o Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
o Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
o Assist with billing and invoicing.
o Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
o Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
o Prepare and file court documents electronically or in person.
o Monitor court dockets and deadlines.
o Coordinate with court staff as needed.
o Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness lists.
o Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requisitos del Puesto
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal secretary.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Resume in English.
English 100%.
Experiencia Deseada

Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis Nexis).
- Knowledge of e-filing procedures.
