Funciones del Puesto
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager for our staffing agency. The primary objective of this role is to oversee all client communications, manage on-ground operational tasks, and ensure smooth operations across the entire floor. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring account receivables from clients and ensuring that the agency meets its operational goals and performance targets.
Requisitos del Puesto
- Minimum 16 years of education with a specialization in business, finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the operations or debt collection industry.
- Strong track record of achieving operational targets and driving excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
