Location: Remote (preferably in Argentina, Uruguay, or Colombia)
Salary Range: $1400 - $2000 USD per month (competitive)
Work Schedule: EST Hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Purpose:
Company is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and organized Operations Associate to join their dynamic team. This role will support the management of key operational tasks related to events, conferences, member outreach, and database management. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong project management abilities in the professional association space.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, events, scholarships, and membership outreach activities.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, partners, and stakeholders, delivering excellent client service and resolving inquiries promptly.
Assist with budgeting, purchase order submissions, and administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure smooth project delivery.
Generate monthly reports and present key insights on project progress to the leadership team.
Ensure alignment with company’s policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
English Proficiency: C1-C2 level (highly fluent).
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in database management, information systems, and digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software.
Proactive & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with clients and team members.
Project Management Experience: Capable of managing events, conferences, and other operational projects.
Client-Facing: Positive, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks effectively, working across time zones with efficiency.
