Hi there! We are Jules and our client is looking for a Video Strategist ! About the Role: Are you an eloquent communicator with a background in sales across digital, creative, agency, or video? We're looking for a Video Strategist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start or further their career in video production sales, with the opportunity to eventually transition into a closing or Account Manager position. We are a full-service video production agency working with some of the world's most innovative companies, creating high-impact campaigns seen across global platforms. With a strong portfolio of over 450 clients, including major tech brands and startups, you’ll be joining a small, ambitious team with a market-leading offering and an effective sales process. What You'll Do:
Build and manage a robust pipeline of video production opportunities with global startups and technology companies.
Pitch new business and develop video content concepts for existing clients, primarily senior decision-makers in the tech and startup sectors.
Conduct discovery calls, presenting creative video concepts through visual presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
Work with warm inbound leads (95% of opportunities) and engage in consultative sales conversations to identify the best video solutions for their needs.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic, creative solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
Skills, Education & Experience:
Smart, tenacious, and persistent with a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with marketing heads and managers effectively.
Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Quick learner, familiar with using CRM and email marketing tools.
Ambitious, with a passion for identifying new opportunities and offering creative solutions.
Experience in new business generation or inside sales is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales development within creative, digital, tech, or ecommerce industries.
Agency experience or education in media/communications is advantageous.
