The Opportunity
As a Media Campaign Coordinator, you will play an essential role in a team focused on both planning and in-flight management of media campaigns. Your responsibilities include supporting Business Consultants and Customer Success Managers by handling crucial tasks such as data management, development of client proposals, and campaign setup. Additionally, you'll assist in managing ongoing campaigns, providing vital support to ensure their smooth operation and success. Your work lays a strong foundation for effective campaign strategies and contributes significantly to the team's overall efficiency.
Take on key administrative responsibilities from Business Consultants and Customer Success Managers, enabling them to concentrate on strategic and revenue-driving activities.
Develop and refine client-facing media campaign proposals by thoroughly analyzing intake form submissions and utilizing internal tools, ensuring each proposal is both tailored to client needs and strategically effective.
Conduct data entry into Salesforce, meticulously translating sales estimates and digital media plan details to ensure precise campaign execution requirements are met.
Download, format, and input data into various internal systems for different use cases, including cost estimates, client-facing reports, and internal billing spreadsheets.
Generate UPC lists utilizing internal tools, playing a critical role in the accurate calculation and estimation for media campaigns.
Extract and utilize templatized insight reports from internal tools, ensuring a robust and accurate estimation process for media campaigns.
Generate weekly performance reports by compiling data from multiple sources and assist in custom reporting for Client Success Managers.
Maintain and update campaign summary documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Set up and detail campaign specifics within production tools for efficient cross-functional team collaboration.
Assist in monthly client billing processes, including data collection and result compilation for internal tracking.
Handle additional tasks as required to support key business lines and client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, math, economics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in a related field, encompassing administrative tasks, data management, and foundational aspects of campaign planning
Proven experience in handling administrative responsibilities, preferably in a marketing or media environment.
Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with other data management and reporting tools, demonstrating skills in efficient data entry, analysis, and report generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for developing proposals and communicating with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Ability to manage financial data, including cost estimates and billing processes.
High proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point, demonstrating advanced capabilities in these essential tools.
Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects concurrently.
Qualifications
