Location/Division Specific Information
Embrace Fulfilling Work: Become a Website Protection Remediation Coordinator and join our dedicated team in Costa Rica. Your role will involve working with hardworking individuals to ensure the security and integrity of our web systems. By collaborating with various groups, you will effectively prioritize and resolve security findings, playing a crucial part in maintaining our flawless operations and world-class service.
A day in the Life:
Produce relevant metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to highlight team performance and identify further opportunities for improvement.
Prioritize vulnerabilities, configuration deficiencies, and other findings using a risk-based approach to improve our security posture.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with Product, Infrastructure, and Security Teams to determine the necessary investments and efforts to implement essential security controls.
Partner with teams to successfully implement solutions to findings, reducing risks for the company and our customers.
Keys to Success:
Effective partnership across organizations and a dedicated prioritization of findings are key to our success. Tasks will require collaboration across Product, Infrastructure, and Security Teams throughout the product lifecycle. A creative, problem-solving approach and a can-do demeanor that is continuously learning are essential for success.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also accepted.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in vulnerability and/or incident/problem management, specifically in remediation.
Project Management experience is a plus.
Experience in crafting detailed documentation for remediation activities, incident resolution, or technical design documents.
Technical experience in a regulated environment, such as Healthcare, Finance, or Aerospace.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Understanding of cybersecurity regulatory requirements.
Excellent project management, interpersonal, customer service, and documentation skills.
