In this role, you will supervise and report on the experience of the customer journey to simplify it and unlock organizational scale by building robust reporting that leads to actionable insights that uphold and advance the company's gold standard.

Job Description

How will you make an impact:
The Enterprise Reporting Analyst III will develop analytical skills across Commercial Operations. Customer Care, Technical Support, and Field Operations with workloads in both Instrument and Enterprise Services and Global Service and Support divisions.
- Apply data-driven insights to decrease costs, waste, and streamline product delivery and revenue generation.
- Create data insights sharing tools and views with Power BI and Power Query.
- Standardize worldwide data reporting processes.
- Build and maintain good communication and connections with teams throughout global commercial operations.
- Build executive reports with results and recommendations.
- Keep informed of data analytics, coding, AI, and visualization developments and advances.
ECP:
- Data analytics, presentation, and Workforce Management data interpretation for process and staffing suggestions.
- Expertise in Genesys Cloud, Genesys Cloud Workforce Engagement Management, Verint, Genesys Engage, Genesys Engage WFM, and data lake data, analysis, visualization, and action required.
Commercial Operations
- Quote-to-Cash cycle.
- Deploy internationally.
- Gain insights for process improvement and root-cause countermeasures.
- Understand the Order Management lifecycle and create evaluation methods to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
-
Knowledge and experience with:
- SAP, CPQ, SFDC, Sophisticated Excel, Construct/Maintain SQL queries, Genesys Cloud, Verint, Generative AI, data lake (EDP).
- Data visualization tools (Tableau/DOMO/Power BI)
- Deliver data-driven insights and solutions to generate cost savings, reduce waste, and shorten lead times for product delivery and revenue generation.
- Standardize global data reporting processes.
- Establish and maintain good communication and relationships with teams across the global IES & GSS organizations to create datasets, reports, and processes for informed decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level reports with findings and recommendations.
How will you get here:

Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, economics, mathematics, AI, or computer science preferred).
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relative work experience.
- Ability to travel 10 – 20% (including international travel).
