HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - CR

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies with assistance from Corporate
Enforce and communicate organizational policies and programs and ensure labor law and regulatory compliance.
Hiring & On-boarding support
Provides internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver required human resources expertise.
Evaluate, select, and oversee vendors that provide supplemental HR processes and services.
Coordinates with Corporate HR staff to process and maintain employment contracts, attendance, and other records.
With the Managers and Corporate to resolve employee relations issues
Assist team member with benefit questions/concerns
Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment in Costa Rica
Onboarding of new hires
Work with Talent Development on Performance Management
Gathering and analyzing HR Metrics
Culture advocate
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

Bachelor’s and/or 4+ years of related experience
Bi-lingual – Spanish/English - Advanced
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communications
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong rapport and influence
Commitment, dedication and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
A results orientation and excellent decision-making and analysis skills
Ability to manage and prioritize among multiple projects simultaneously
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including working independently and navigating ambiguity
Strong customer focus and demonstrated leadership ability

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Workday experience
Agile HR

Physical Requirements:

Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
