Click Lease is looking for a new full-time bilingual Recruiter based in or near Alajuela, Costa Rica that is also willing to learn general HR support functions. This position has room for growth and development. You must live in or near Alajuela, Costa Rica and be able to work a hybrid schedule in the office and remote as you learn our job. You must have a minimum of one year of previous recruiting experience to be considered. HR Experience is a strong plus, but not required to be considered. This is a full-time day shift with flexible hours. You will be finding and screening applicants via phone calls, videos and e-mails. You will be talking to hiring managers and setting up interviews with qualified candidates. You will also be helping with general HR functions, payroll and employee support as needed. If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, outgoing, and have a positive and energetic phone voice, then you should apply today! What you have:
A bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or another related field.
Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
1+ years of working experience in recruiting.
Excellent communication skills, both being able to work well with clients and teammates in person and remotely.
Knowledge of full cycle recruiting process.
Basic knowledge or employment law.
Good time management skills and organizational skills.
A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
What will make you stand out:
2+ years’ experience as a recruiter with HR experience
Experience in payroll support
Familiarity with HRIS administration (Rippling counts as double points)
