Our Continuous Improvement Assistant will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Main areas of responsibility: Project Support:
Collaborate in identifying and analyzing improvement opportunities in operational processes.
Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, among others.
Document and communicate progress and results of improvement projects.
Process Analysis:
Conduct time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support fact-based decision making.
Develop flowcharts and other visual documents to map processes and propose improvements.
Training and Support:
Assist in training personnel on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Provide support in implementing best practices across various departments.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication and staff engagement.
Monitoring and Control:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report the progress of continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal regulations.
Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
Essential Requirements:
Technical Degree in Production, Quality, Logistic or related or University Student -Engineering or related
Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to continuous improvement, operational processes, or quality or related fields (Manufacturing environment)
Knowledge continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools.
Knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices.
English Level minimum B1
Manufacturing environment related experience
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
Prefer Requirements:
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
Experience in the specific industry of the company.
Knowledge of data analysis and project management software.
Experience in medical devices company.
