The Communications Analyst works as part of a team to ensure that all communications activities are aligned with client goals and objectives, account efforts and key messages for the region.
What This Job Involves:
Prepare content for Americas and Europe Client-facing Monthly Newsletters.
Support preparation of America and Europe Quarterly Business Review materials (at the direction of business leaders).
Globally support efforts to have standardization and consistent branding, formatting and “look and feel” for our materials.
Prepare content for our global account newsletters.
Manage the Populo system for distribution to JLL team and HP team.
Support preparation of Global Account Team Town Hall materials.
Establish rhythm of communications for internal account team meetings.
Support regional Facilities communications, as needed, for the North America and Latin America team .
Make recommendations on opportunities to improve communications across our account team and with our client.
Responsibilities for granting Access to Client Portal and Share Point sites.

Qualifications:
Advanced studies or degree in Communication, Graphics Design, Program Management, Business, or related fields.
1+ years of work experience.
Advanced English level
Program / Project management knowledge.
Development and delivery of communication programs
Ability to manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously
Organizational skills
Engaging presentation skills (verbal and graphic)
Passionate, personable and influenced. Curious, with a strong drive and energy to constantly improve oneself
