Your Role
Gensler Costa Rica is looking for a dynamic, highly skilled, and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights into our workforce, enabling informed decision-making across various departments.
What You Will Do
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze HR, finance, and compensation data to identify trends and patterns.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data points for analysis.
HR Analytics:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess workforce effectiveness.
- Provide insights into employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Financial Analytics:
- Work closely with the finance department to analyze budgetary trends and forecast human capital expenses.
- Assist in financial modeling related to workforce planning and cost optimization.
Compensation and Benefits Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on market trends and internal data.
Dashboard Creation:
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key HR and financial metrics for easy consumption by stakeholders.
- Present findings and insights through compelling visualizations to aid decision-making.
Automation and Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection and reporting.
- Streamline reporting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
